Baby friendly Lady is gentle and quiet. In this photo she recently woke up from a nap. She loves her neck to be rubbed!

Lady is here with our two greyhounds and our good friends' pug mix, Duncan. They all get along very well and take time with their own treats.

This is Lady getting brushed. Her coat is the shiniest and softest of any greyhound I've touched. She acclimates well and sleeps through the night. The only reason she's back out as an adoptable is because her owner has passed away. If we didn't already have 2 large boys we would keep her! We've had her for 2 weeks, and in that time her personality has certainly emerged. She is such a sweet, docile girl. She's very laid back and gentle. She jumps and gets excitable when you take out her leash. She LOVES to be walked too. When we first took her into our home she wasn't able to go down any stairs without leaping! She wasn't scared at all, but WE were. We live in a 3 story townhome and were nervous she'd hurt herself. Well, who says you can't teach an older dog new tricks? Within 5 days there wasn't a problem anymore. She was able to walk down the stairs, one by one, right along side our own two greyhounds. She's very smart! We removed all baby gates within a few days. Now, when we're home from work, she greets us by walking down the stairs slowly, then wags her tail and nuzzles her face on our leg. She's been very loving and is just waiting for a forever home. Could it be you?
